Job Description:
A company is looking for a SVP, Asset Management to oversee
client portfolios and manage asset strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client portfolios post-acquisition, acting as the primary
contact for portfolio management and servicing oversight
Coordinate servicing transfers, operational reviews, and
performance enhancements across multiple servicers and asset
classes
Develop customized reporting and portfolio campaign strategies
while ensuring alignment with client objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
College degree or training in finance/mortgage banking
preferred
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+
years in an AVP level role or equivalent
Commercial real estate asset management experience is required
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft products
Mortgage/secondary market experience preferred
