Workers Compensation Insurance Claims Representative Adjuster Examiner Workers Workers' Comp _ .

REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE

Investigate, evaluate, and settle moderate to complex workers comp claims up to $100,000.

*** Investigate coverage to determine compensability.

*** Assign and supervise vendor resources such as independent adjusters, engineers and other experts as needed.

*** Recognize and pursue recovery opportunities and prepare submissions to Special Investigation Unit.

*** Determine accurate and adequate reserves on assigned claims.

*** Provide accurate assessments and negotiate fair and efficient claims resolutions while managing costs.

*** Settle losses within granted authority according to documented damage, language of policy of insurance, and pertinent regulatory and statutory considerations.

*** Monitor medical management.

*** Initiate and control delivery of accurate and timely workers compensation benefits.

*** Prepare written communication including settlement letters, disclaimers of coverage, and reservation of rights letters.
